A few years ago when I wanted to sell my property, I consulted my agent friend. I asked him whether to go for market sale or auction. He was very frank with his advice. He said the agent usually knows who the buyer will be within two weeks and it makes no difference to put on market sale or auction. Apparently who are the buyers ? Well someone within agent's circle who had probably more than 10 properties.
Gone are the days when the bank willing to lend 95 percent to these people. Now how much will the banks lend to investors especially those who had many properties?
