We need a strong OPEC again - as they supply over 30% of the market, they can throttle back on total supply - hopefully Russia wouldn't be able to make up the difference - Russia teaming up with OPEC would be even better - some suspect that it's the US manipulating supply so as to drive the Russian economy to ruin with these low prices - something will give soon as all producers/oil economies are suffering so they will find a solution and to hell with the US.
