@ajm65 I think it's great for disclosing your area of expertise, you might be able to elaborate for us 4d-S technology in a human language, since you have good experience on the field and why there is no much reference on the internet, is it still on research stage? What other type Re-ram exist and if they do, is the diffrence only in material? and or the theory is all sort out but require improvements on the material? Is this might be the reason FRY picked it up because they have expertise on resources and they might be able to add some improvement form matrial point of view, may be acquaring the material, processing it and etc etc etc..
