Would be great to know how they've progressed since the test chip in 2011.
Success hinges on showing the tech is:
reliable and reproducible (devices from different manufacturing lots work identically and safely retain data for long periods)
scalable (done that 16Kb test chip, is concept still valid when scaled to 16Gb memory capacity?)
manufacturable (high yields, small die size (which relates to unit cost), low capital cost to convert production lines (apparently only one new backend process needs to be added))
