This is correct. The relationship with Curtin Uni is what will future proof the product with additional features and innovation post-launch.
If you take a look at the Terms and Conditions of the proposed Options within the Notice of General Meeting, you'll see that 1/3 of the options will be delivered to the two co-founders:
"upon launch of the Product Portfolio at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in January 2016"
Phantom has fundamentally misunderstood what the product is about, along with the timeframes. Which is fine, it's early days and this is what marketing is for.

In terms of the Curtin Uni partnership, Professor Sven Nordham and Professor Kevin Fynn are coming on-board as senior management to assist.

US. They supply to manufacturing, mining, construction, military, law enforcement and entertainment industry customers. Customers include
