Yes, I see your reasoning but I guess it depends upon how bad we each think the current financial crisis could get.
I feel that if things get really bad then once Sipa is down to about $2 mil then it will be hibernation (survival) time.
I, for one, was hoping that Sipa would have delivered well before this as the financial " REMEDIES????" that the world's governments were pursuing were never going to work. They dragged it out for years making it worse and worse as they went.
It well may get to where survival is the main game.
