SP now $25.50. Mt Mkt smells plenty red ink in the yr end and they want their pound of flesh before returning to by Woolworths. Incredible how this giant of Aussie retailing got into group think and wouldn't contemplate Coles or let alone that pesky little Aldi would eat into their omi-dominant position. I doubt management even know Tesco UK has collapsed.
Need complete overhaul right across senior management and the board with new blood that doesn't have loyalties to current thinking/personnel. WES did it with Coles. Woolworths have the perfect model to imitate. Will take 3 yrs to turn around.
