dorsaVi Limited (ASX:DVL) has been granted an ASX trading halt in relation to a proposed capital raising.
The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made or the start of trade on Wednesday, 26th August 2015.
Earlier this month, the company signed a contract to assess and maintain international architecture firm Design Inc’s integrated management system and a contract from Sodexo to assess employees working in remote areas of Australia.
It also signed up U.S. National Football League team New England Patriots to use its wearable sensors, the third NFL team to do so.
dorsaVi had revenue of $492,000 in the quarter ended 30th June 2015, up 97% on the previous quarter.
It had $5.7 million in cash as at 30th June 2015.
