The parallel trial of 500 patients? Probably varying the dosages to determine optimal dosage efficacy.
Remember how Macbank tried to say in earlier trial stages that variations in results were indicative of failure? When in fact, MSB was optimising the dosage when that wasn't strictly required, they were just ahead of the game. More fine tuning is likely to maximise results.
Just using logic. As I did with the other deductions I made about fast tracking (which was supposedly impossible?) and the market's failure to understand biotechs (due to immaturity and lack of expert analysts), the market's obsession with yield etc etc. cheap shots are looking at the margins IMO.
