No activity + no asset+ diminishing cash+falling oil price can only equal 1 thing.
Whilst picking up a few shares can be seen as a sign of confidence, Directors aren't usually silly.
The mystery here is why the trust hasn't acted, unless they too are deriving a healthy return from shorting activities.
