I don't think REY taking over the farm out in a couple of months is a particularly bad thing. It's not like OBL lose their share just their management of it, which let's face it, hasn't been astounding. Nothing wrong with REY coming in and OBL kicking back and letting them come up with some Chinese money. Better than OBL scrambling to put something together to desperately keep control which might lead to a subpar result (at least REY has the option to match it to help that kind of thing not happen) but I understand with so little money OBL want some say in getting an outcome that means little capital from them.
