Lyc was awarded a full operating license a year ago. This seems to be an appeal against the temporary license issued in 2012. Doesnt really make much sense to me. I doubt anyone takes the those bringing this action seriously anymore..they are just a nuisance now... they fought hard but ultimately its over and they lost.. the last injunction that was lodged was thrown out.
