I think the difference between the Company you mentioned cut wages and costs.... What did KAR do reward themselves with 20,000 more shares due to Peformance criteria being met in2014 and as part of their Employmnet contract.
No disconnect with reality at HO and shareholders.
If Knox from STO can go and I assume he is in the middle of this 'cycle' so it can't be his fault either surely the time has come.
