    from Business Spectator today -- I can't paste the article but you can find it via Google news - Apollo and TPG latest parties to join list of prospective bidders, Scotland based The Weir Group also a contender, UBS and Lazard sent out Info Memos this week. Quotes those close to the company indicating a $1.8bn price is realistic and as that shareholder approval is not needed for a full sale of MolyCorp. lenders would also approve a price less than the $1.75bn of debt outstanding for fear of deteriorating market conditions.
