Oh dear, yet another holder of another graphite stock sprouting forth on matters they have absolutely no idea what they are talking about.
Let me spell it out.
Syrah has raised $211m at $3.25. I cant see where the disaster is in that?
Retail holders can buy shares for 20% below the offer price - cant see a disaster in that either.
The retail holders will get nothing for their rights - again not really an issue. They had the chance to sell at $3.60 during the process. Some would have, probably most wouldn't. Not really an issue if you are taking a longer term point of view. Again, cant see disaster written all over that one either.
Hmmm, all in all an excellent outcome for the company given the volatile state of the markets.
