yes I can't see why this wont make ADO cash flow positive from day one of acquiring the income stream. The numbers far exceed ADO burn rate and they wont need to increase their cost base by much if any. There will be a short time to sort out the buy $ but essentially they could be borrowed against future cash flow as they are a one off.
