Just received the Wellington Annual non report.
Although Wellington "generously" no longer draw a management fee, Custodian and registry fees $522,000 Professional and consulting fees $542,000 ... page 8 On page 24 Armstrong registry paid $582,345 in fees .............. I assume this is a mixture of the two previous figures.

No wonder they wanted to hang on to management!
