    the difference between you and Longshot seems to be:

    1. Longshot is valuing the business being built. I.e telco contracts, IT systems, underlying EBITDA
    2. Q you'r valuing the business soley on NP either BT or AT. By the looks of it. Do you think this is fair and it would be more fair to look at the intrinsic value of MBE - which is closer aligned to how Longshot is valuing the business?
