In Small Business the Ceo head manager etc is Vitally Important like a lead singer in a band; In Massive Corporates less so, unless the CEO was the founder and Genbius behind the company ala Donald Trump or a Vince Macmahon and holds majority shares etc; But even then, look at Apple (they moved on well) or even Microsoft (gates stepped down) - theres ALWAYs a plan for the replacement/handover in these large corporates; Small business of maybe 20-50 ppl etc, YES, the Head of the Company leaving is Big Trouble usually, but Corporations are a different beast altogether
