Seems like another astute small acquisition to drive growth and add immediately to the bottom line. These guys are pretty good operators and the price paid looks fair. Even with CEO stepping down, new CEO knows the business very well so don't think there will be much of a change from day to day which is a positive. Still always risky seeing a new CEO. That said like the growth profile and FY16 outlook looks good. Will attract growth investors.
