    As Pallister didn't get his $4mill worth of his shares, one would assume that he has $4mill to spend to buy shares now. And even better, at half the price of what he was "willing" to pay. Can't see him buying ATM - unless it is $1000 per day. I think it is pretty obvious that QTK shareholders are getting screwed now - it was all too good to be true.
