tbi is not a chronic illness, so there's no need to be on our drug for a long time. In fact most damage occurs within 24 hours. The first day, and then the first week are the most critical.
Probably it would help over the long term too, but that can be looked at later.
Regarding retts, the phase 2 trial was a major commitment for subjects. To run it any long without any proof of efficacy in humans would have been too much to ask, imho.
