Anyone finished reading the 284 page document?????

One question, being a LT shareholder, with not a lot of experience with board structure etc

Resolution 8 - increase in director's remuneration.

The current max aggregate for non-executive remuneration payable in any financial year is $700,000.

They want our approval to increase it by $800,00 to $1,500,000 p.a effective 1st July 2006.

I understand that we want to be able to keep the skilled people in the company by making it more attractive to stay but I'm not in touch with what is reasonable. Just wondered how you all feel about this resolution.
