Do you think Management decided overnight to acquire a Company because they're struggling to commercialise its technology?...Turn it up....this has been earmarked for years!!!!!!!!!
Have you considered the synergies or the production capabilities that this acquisition may provide....have you considered how this plays out with other interested or potential partners?
I think you know very little of ADO and its Management team.
To finish off I'm not sure where your from or what line of business your in but interest rates on debt facilities are not 10%!!!!!!!....that what you seem to be basing your numbers on.
