    Wellington's purchase well above 10c and so is the other new Luxembourg entrant... the notesholder - multiples of Wellington...

    the sp is 8.3c last... normally a 50-60% takeover premium is the norm for such companies which equates to 12-13c approx...

    shall be an interesting September end when it is all revealed if this is a TO by manipulation...
