Management promised the community there would be no treatment on site. Now they are proposing Cyanide treatment on site which requires a whole new regulatory approval. The storage dam is beside Majors Crekk which flows into the Deau and then the Moruya River, the major water supply for Moruya. All the guarantees in the world by miners cannot guarantee their will not be a spill and the Cyanide dam is there forever.Perhaps even the most optimistic can have some understanding why the huge population downstream have concerns.UML have already been fined $196000 for environmental breaches at this site, which is why so many people dont have confidence in the mine plan including local councils Palerang and Eurobodalla who have submitted their objections in comprehensive reports. Its ok for the UML board to criticise such reports but they dont livr downstream.I am merely stating facts that will be considered when this goes to court again, without approval the mine is worthless and investors need to look at all possibilities.I am not downramping this stock and wish shareholders good luck but the compant spiel may be different than the courts.
