It looked like Bell buying today , I was told a lot of the investors got heavily scaled back in the underwriting and have been looking for stock.
It makes sense for these parties to be buying now the market appears it is not going to implode to buy before the dividend and they go ex rights
If the fund managers that got scaled back are similar to Perpetual announced today they have been sitting on cash and are in buying again now
