Fair enough. Its just that when someone claiming to hold a substantial and significant share in a company spends a lot of time and energy exclaiming how useless that company is, in a way that suggests to others that it is overvalued, there is usually an obvious reason why he would talk it down.
You are free to feel frustrated with management's performance, but if you are simply talking the stock down so you can buy it up cheap that might be considered to be a bit unethical. Is that by any chance what you are doing?
