I'm not holding my breath with Cantrixil - suspect its toxic from the vibe on the street but more than happy to be wrong - its Anisina that I'm holding out hope for. Must admit I thought starting the clinical trials was a given - but that's my own fault for not doing enough research.
As for getting orphan indications (as opposed to designation!) does anyone know if the further data required is from more animal studies or human studies?
Also with the toxicology testing - I would have thought that you need to test it on people and if that's the case isn't that the purpose of clinical trials or does it get tested on people before going into trials. I.e. do you have testing on humans before going into clinical studies? If that's the case then the clinical trials aren't a given until NRT get the green light on toxicology.
If anyone could give an outline of what needs to happen from here that would be appreciated - as I said earlier I assumed the clinical trials was a given so clearly I need to get a better understanding of the process from here.
Not long now before an update but I'm not expecting fireworks if any just yet. If I was management I would be trying to set up a strong news flow for the month of November to get the oppies over the line. Having said that I think the shareholders are still due some explanation for GK's departure and a timeline going forward. If nothing else it might stop the share price from sliding further.
