The 2nd party is current debt holder as note holders is just another shareholders like you and I. What this announcement tells me also they are not negotiating with current finance provider, if not why not. Any financier will have intimate inside knowledge of the inner workings of the company including balance of account, incoming receipt via export documents, not working with them in the first instance makes me wonder what they know that we don't.
