I don't know (although I don't believe there is) if there is any capper, and I've previously asked management if there is anything untoward in our share sales, and their view is that there are normal buys and sells, with no individual holder being a "capper" or any other conspiracy theory. It stands to reason, when you have 1,500+ shareholders with average of less than 70,000 shares each, it's not hard to see that with an average hold period of 3 years, 1,500 shareholders would still turnover 10 holders (or 700,000 shares) per week. If the average hold period is 1 year (more likely), then the average normal selling pressure is 2,100,000 shares per week. Unless that is met with buying pressure, then it has the effect of the price being capped, even without any collusion. Note my averages above are on the basis of excluding the Top 20, who aren't trading up and down like yo-yos.

However, that doesn't stop people trying to give an incorrect impression to the marketplace. Currently, there are 3 sellers listed at 300,000 shares at each of 34.5c, 35c, and 35.5c. Some broker is trying hard to give the impression that there are more sellers than there really are, and will likely take those orders away as soon as they want that impression to change. Don't let the buy/sell spread fool you if you are thinking of buying in.
