Hellyeah,
I noticed the quiet accumulation too.
I have a suspicion that buys are being made by 'other'
(non-director) staff at FCN also at EBR which have close ties with FCN. The reason I suspect this is I was at a meeting at EBR a couple of months ago and the FCN
lull came up and one 'in the know' staff suggested that when the price softens a little it would be a good time
to buy (it was in the low 30's at that time)
I got the impression that they knew a lot more than they
were able or willing to divulge.
I may be wrong but I think it is worth keeping a close
eye on this one because when it moves it will be fast
and go far...............maybe.
