The claim hasn't been rejected outright by IMI so maybe there is some basis. Seems like the claim is from a broker rather than White Data. From memory the broker was Patersons? I'll check but it would be ironical if Patersons is the claiming party since they remain part of the company's activities.
Seriously what are these directors doing with IMI shareholders.
