mja, very perceptive of you. Some have raised the ability of IBR to manage the overseas workforce as a reason for execution rish but one of the things i found most impressive about management when i reseasched IBR was the way they were in the community fostering relationships. As for soverign risk, I think they are safe or safer than many overseas operations.
