Yes - I was opposed to it but I do understand that the current spread makes the gap too large a difference - if it is only worth less than so be it. For someone to really purchase they have to pay 0.5c that 25% more than 0.4c and for someone to sell they wanted 0.5 but the step down is 20% at 1 for 100 the steps would be in half cents on which would make it 49.5c vs 50c or 40.5c vs 40c.
I am a believer so the short term pain could be a buying opportunity.
