    Stuart has announced to the market that they will focus for the time being only on the oil prospects to make the most of the high oil prices

    you will find the announcement on the ASX
    heading: Strong oil revenues
    dated: 30/01/06

    Sorry but can't get the link to work.

    Concerning the refinery its a wait and see as they have not announced anything yet.
