Clearly I was wrong!

I have not read - yet - how he justified to himself there is no perceived conflict but I am very surprised to say the least. Clearly shows to me how all judges - regardless of political bent - are so out of touch with the man in the street. To put it bluntly they think their crap does not stink. All this does is now make the TURC about him rather than the content - and regardless of your political side there is some content that needs to be addressed - especially in regards to the CFMEU.
