What if BHP make an offer at current MC.
ECT is not a minimg company and hence making an offer price could be difficult as the potential has no limited life.
As the technologies are patented, one would expect royalties etc., depending on the tie up made with NLC/NMDC or any other parties.
The initial SP may jump a little bit on excitement. However a more reasonable SP can be attributed before actual cash flow may be based on the terms of the tripartite agreement.
Till then the privileged will rinse and repeat the SP.
