If they are not voted in then the board would still need to raise that same amount of cash most probably by a CR ,IMO. So which is better ?options voted in and shareholders benifit , or cr later and most likely shareholders miss out to the Sophs . All IMO Something to think over . And yes I do hold oppies so of course I want them voted in .
Just have to wait and see the outcome .....
