Very disagree with this. In modern debt market you never see any debt being paid unless in the case of insolvency. As long as the company demonstrates any EBITDA interest serviceability the debt is gong to be refinanced/rollover-ed. Not to mention in the case of Lynas, the facilities look more like capitals (eg with interest adjustment links to production volume)
