Hi. I'm not a share holder of this stock but do watch the message board each month or so.
I think the problem for these guys is three fold:
1 - They have issued a fair few options which I think will put a cap on the share price.
2 - When compared to global milk prices I think Australian farm gate prices and more so Victorian prices are a little high. I think over time the price these guys get from the processors will drop.
3 - If you want to invest in a dairy stock then Murray Goulburn will attract the insto's.
Otherwise, I like their business model and think when they reach the 20 farm goal they are a takeover candidate to a number of players.
This would be a good buy and forget stock for a year but I think it might drop closer to 10c before it gets back to the issue price.
My opinion. What would I know!
