Interesting. Still getting my head around the difference in their tech. They claim to be able to fit 2 terabytes on the size of a thumbnail. In the 21/5/15 announcement SOR claimed to be able to fit 2 terabytes on the size of a postage stamp. Sounds very similar...
SOR has said they're focusing on the printable ink, while FRY seem to be trying to get a working prototype RRAM chip out as fast as possible. It seems SOR thinks there's more value in developing the ink at the moment which appears to have advantages - transparency on glass, cheaper and easier to assemble, possible UV tech advantages.
It seems this RRAM has the potential it's just a question of who can make it work?
