Markie and Ozblue
My reading is that the institutions have taken up their full entitlement. Here is the comment
"We had a strong take up from our institutional shareholders and the institutional shortfall bookbuild was significantly oversubscribed"
They only had the option of taking up 45% of the total new issue and they have done so according to my reading. The retail listing is fully underwritten so the total capital raising will succeed regardless of the share price.
I am amazed that the share price has fallen down to the rights issue price and I have been in there buying today. At this price, the price earning ratio is an amazing 7.04 ignoring the new issue.
