No problems - it's a valid question.

Short answer is that only two of the Directors of Merlin are still with Central - John Heugh the MD and Richard Faull the Company Secretary. These two are the founders of Merlin and largest shareholders. If you want to know more about them and the other Directors, you can get it from the Central website.

The other point is that the failure of Merlin was not the result of actions by the Directors but rather the poor performance of the UK based Broker - they promised the world, took the cash and then did nothing.
