A lot of people would be like me. I have not sent the forms as the clowns that are manipulating have me concerned that the deal may not proceed. If price was reasonable, say 14 cents, I would feel that it is a done deal and commit to 16 cents. At 9 to 10 cents, it smells bad. No way I am losing control over my shares until last minute and then only if price has risen. Is my logic crazy? I would not doubt that as I progressively bought 400,000 of these suckers which confirms my insanity.
