Nice idea

Another way down the track imo, is to directly implement the algrorithms between the enterprise servers to standardise and enhance consumer usage and therefore secure payments from the telco/business rather than have the product isolated as an optional bolt-on/add on that some may or may not choose.

It appears for now they are specifically focused on developing the android application and have yet to mention to us any specific developments with another entity but I think it is a great idea to have a fully functional product (app) out there first as these enterprise negotiations and implementation can often take alot of time to negotiate,execute and test before introducing it to the market.



I liked how they are starting to provide hints in regards to their revenue model. I personally would be more than happy to pay $1-4 if the product is functional , and it a bonus to see that their case studies have indicated that the average consumer may potentially save upto about 50%.

This is only data usage , we haven't even began to look at speed efficiencies yet.

Keep in mind, during my research... I found that most, if not all major competitors out there focus only on one metric (thus don't offer the other or perform poorly ) while NGN appears to be offering impressive statistics for both and i can't stress this enough.
(Speed or Data usage savings ; e.g Neumob for speed only & Onavo for data usage only)

The fact that the update in statistics for data usage savings are better in comparison to the DD results.. to me shows that they have been rather "conservative" in their approach to the tests.

Looking ahead..

According to this statement : "Further testing in progress focused on the collection of metrics relating to network speed and user experience optimisations on Alpha version" .

More than likely that we will atleast receive another update within a few weeks regarding the results for these. I do have a gut feeling that we may be in for more surprises though.
