The same reason they censor border protection operations ie to keep the ABC, Greens, Fairfax and other hand wingers out. Why? Because it compromises the success of an operation to have those opposed to the national interest intervening. I hear no ground swell of protest about the censorship - see my last post. The people support it. Lesson over.

It isn't a logical fallacy Frasier, if you believe it should be illegal to report a crime, then you are giving the green light to the commission of a crime. In fact , actively so.
