Stoz - I wasn't suggesting taking over the whole company, agree bad idea.
Rather buying it's stake in PNG LNG - which is half Oil Search's but could come at a fraction of the cost. STO may benefit from more capital and WPL would get the acquistion it seems to be fixated on getting.
If I was WPL I would wait, things could could get hairer in the next year or two.
