one thing qtk have that dozens of speculative companies dont have is management that actually realise that the only thing that makes their businesses tangible is the ability to generate revenue.
on numerous occasions mark pallister has emphasised this to me. the qtk board are determined to generate strong cashflows and give shareholders a return on their investment.
is this a ramp......NO. if i was on the sidelines i would be waiting for a buy signal as well, but qtk does have a few ticks that many other similar companies dont have. oh, and a $500 million contract with the PRC isnt a bad start either.
