Jennifer Hawkins has sold off another investment property, no doubt given the looming rebuild of her forever home on the Newport waterfront.
Hawkins has pocketed $731,000 for her three-bedroom house in the Newcastle beachside suburb of Merewether, sacrificing what records show was a weekly rental return of $530.
Hawkins had bought it eight years ago for $620,000.
